Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payments through the secure payment options provided at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
Shipping
Order processing and shipping times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Once shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier (USPS/UPS). We are not liable for lost or delayed packages after carrier pickup. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Store credit may be issued for eligible returns, exchanges, or defective items. All policies must be followed as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Store Credit
Store credit does not expire and may only be used at IrisKane&Co. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
