IrisKane&Co Shipping Policy

All orders are packaged with care and shipped from Wisconsin.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days after purchase.
During launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of USPS/UPS. If your order is lost or delayed, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is entered correctly. IrisKane&Co is not responsible for reshipping fees if an incorrect address is provided.
