IrisKane&Co Return & Exchange Policy

At IrisKane&Co, every print is limited edition, which means once it’s gone, it’s gone for good! Because of this, please review sizing carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We do not accept returns for refund unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only.
To qualify, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer size exchanges if inventory is available.
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery

If the size you need is sold out (due to limited quantities), we will issue store credit.

Final Sale Items

All clearance, discounted, promotional items, and event purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
